We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Wagga Wagga. This role involves providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients under Aged Care Funding.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote independence and restore functional ability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs

About You

  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
  • Postgraduate experience working in aged care services, including community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and willingness to utilize required software
  • Understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and values
