About the role: We are seeking a Physiotherapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding. This role is based around Wagga Wagga and is open to both fulltime & part-time hours with flexible working arrangements and work from home.

You will be joining a well-established multi-disciplinary team who believe in discovering what's possible in people's lives and empowering them to live well. Our unique Well-Living approach to care enables our clients to live their best possible lives at home, where they're surrounded by the people, community, and memories they love most.

About you:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
  • Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support working from home
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisations values through interactions at work
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Insurance
