Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Adelaide's CBD and Western Suburbs. This role involves managing a range of responsibilities, including property listings, tenancy agreements, and rent reviews.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure seamless property management.
  • Receive and process new listing enquiries, staying up-to-date with current market values.
  • Complete property listings, tenancy agreements, and inspection reports in a timely manner.
  • Process lease renewals, bond lodgements, and refunds with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct open inspections and routine inspection reports to maintain high standards.
