**Temporary Commercial Portfolio Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional to work with a diverse commercial and consumer portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has excellent communication skills.
This position involves making outbound calls, organising payment plans and monitoring an inbox. You will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts and attempting to either collect or negotiate a payment plan within organisational appetite. Additionally, you may be required to assist with customer overflow (inbound calls and activities).
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess effective time management and organisation skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also have a thorough attention to detail and a professional phone manner. We are looking for someone who is committed to relationship management and retention of clients.
As part of our team, you can expect to work in a stable 30-year old business with bright, open-plan offices. Our team is social and hardworking, and we acknowledge and empower staff to make decisions. We also offer easy parking in surrounding areas and casual day Fridays.
