Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Support Specialist to join our team in South Australia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with market-leading Automated Robotic Medication Dispensing equipment, providing software and hardware support across various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Automated Robotic Medication Dispensing systems in retail pharmacies, central pharmacies, and hospitals.
  • Offer remote assistance and diagnostics, including server reboots, patching, and electrical safety testing.
  • Perform field repairs, preventative maintenance, performance testing, and other tasks related to the equipment.
Requirements:
  • Electronics or Computing Trades Certificate or equivalent engineering qualification.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and assigned software.

This position requires flexibility to support customers in both metropolitan and regional areas of South Australia, as well as potential interstate travel for team support.

As an Automation Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Automated Robotic Medication Dispensing systems, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
