About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Profit Growth Expert to drive business expansion through strategic sales initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that fuel growth across key categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales strategies to boost revenue in Tech, Liquor, Beauty, and Fashion sectors.
  • Collaborate with brand partners to craft campaigns and packages that meet their objectives and enhance customer shopping experiences.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities within retail media and cashback spaces.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales packages tailored to specific categories.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through with potential partners and clients.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future sales strategies.

Your Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales strategy or business development, preferably in digital media, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Familiarity with retail media, cashback platforms, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
