**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality homes at scale. This role involves leading a team of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for running the site, managing the team, and upholding quality and safety standards. They will also need to maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations to deliver homes on time and to budget

  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety

  • Support the manager with finishes and handover in a timely, coordinated manner

  • Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders; address issues promptly

  • Utilise Onsite Companion and coordinate contractors to ensure materials and workloads align with schedule

  • Lead by example and foster a collaborative, productive site culture

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will require a QBCC Supervisor Licence, proven experience managing sites with a focus on Health and Safety, OH&S knowledge; qualifications desirable. A trade background is essential, preferably carpentry, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions are also necessary.
