Job Title

We are seeking an experienced construction manager to oversee multiple work sites in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Health, Safety and Welfare obligations are always adhered to.

  • Maintain accurate records of site operations
  • Determine a works program and strive to achieve completion within the required timeframe
  • Achieve a high level of quality in building works
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and coordinate trades during the repair process
  • Manage OH&S matters in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Obtain necessary final certificates from trades and engineers
