We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile electrical engineering projects and contribute to the growth of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary electrical engineering projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement project quality control and assurance processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office and MS Project, with a bonus for Access expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Location and Benefits

This role is based in Sydney, Australia, and offers a competitive salary range of AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated annual salary is around AU$165,000.
