About the Roles

We're currently recruiting for Senior Electrical Project Managers to join our skilled team due to our expanding project portfolio in NSW.


We're looking for experienced project delivery professionals to lead the technical aspects across multiple areas in the project management framework.


You'll be exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery.



The Opportunity

This is your chance to be involved in a once-in-a-lifetime venture that will see you upgrade critical transmission infrastructure as part of the green energy transition.


As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you'll work on multiple substations throughout eastern New South Wales with typical individual project values between $5M and $35M.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, focusing on time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environmental management
  • Manage contracts, scope, procurement, risk, opportunity, stakeholder communications, and project integration
  • Organize and direct site labor and delivery of construction materials, plant, and equipment, and establish detailed programs for coordination of site activities
  • Help document the project scope
  • Identify and assist with resolution of scope discrepancies
  • Identify scope gaps between sub and head contracts
  • Collate data and compile upstream claims
  • Compile subcontract packages
  • Maintain site quality records and contribute to the development of QMP, ITPs, check sheets, MDR, and NCR registers
  • Attend post-tender interviews
  • Compile and review subcontract packages


About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant subject
  • Strong knowledge of PMBOK and understanding of how to deliver a project safely, on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
  • Experience in tendering, pre-contracts, and project delivery


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Additionally, you'll receive a 25% salary uplift when working regionally, as well as a living away from home allowance.
