About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Manager to join our team at Sigma Healthcare. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our aged care facilities, corporate groups, and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with aged care facilities, corporate groups, and pharmacies to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Identify new aged care facilities to transition to our medication management system and provide support and training to existing customers.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential new customers and clients to promote our services.
  • Implement and train new and existing customers, and pharmacies in our RACF pharmacy processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated customer service and sales experience.
  • Knowledge of pharmacies and aged care facilities is required.
  • Previous success in achieving set call and growth targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
