Epiroc Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Key Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

This is a key position within our sales organisation, providing our customers with productive and innovative equipment solutions that represent long-term sustainable value for their business.

As the Key Customer Relationship Manager, you will lead our efforts with a defined group of mining and civil customers across Queensland, acting as the primary customer contact and owning the customer relationship.

You will provide a conduit between our business disciplines and our customers' operating sites and corporate business teams, identifying specific application understanding and working through multiple facets of the customers' requirements to offer viable and workable solutions.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a proven knowledge and experience of the industry, with the ability to engage with a broad range of internal and external business stakeholders and promote our solutions and capabilities.

The successful applicant will need to possess a technical mindset, a background in business development, account management, or general sales, and a willingness to undertake extensive travel.

Key attributes include the ability to make decisions within set parameters, deliver information to various levels, and possess highly developed communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to find common ground with people approaching projects from differing perspectives.
