About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Anaesthetist to join our team at CC Medical. As a key member of our anaesthetic department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clinical Director in the provision of anaesthetic services, working in a state-of-the-art hospital environment.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior anaesthetists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.

Requirements
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or assessment by ANZCA, as being substantially comparable to FANZCA.
  • Proven experience in anaesthetic services, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior anaesthetists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
