Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Anaesthetist to join our team at Spinner Medical Recruitment. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services and contributing to the education and development of medical staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anaesthesia for a broad range of surgical specialties, including emergency and paediatric cases.
  • Function as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and maintain an effective and motivated team, applying contemporary leadership principles to drive success.
  • Identify and resolve issues using an innovative approach, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of respect and open communication.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated recent ability to provide anaesthesia for a broad range of surgical specialties.
  • Ability to function as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven ability in anaesthetics and patient care, as deemed by the College.
  • Extensive experience in delivering high-quality patient care services.
  • High-level ability to apply contemporary leadership principles to develop and maintain an effective team.
  • High-level ability to identify and resolve issues using an innovative approach.
  • Well-developed ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Well-developed knowledge of the principles of effective team functioning.
