CC Medical is seeking a highly skilled Anaesthetist Specialist/Consultant to join our team in a regional hospital. As a key member of our Anaesthetic Team, you will provide safe and high-quality anaesthetic services, assist with direction and service planning, and contribute to clinical governance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver general and regional anaesthesia, as well as obstetric services such as epidurals and spinal anaesthesia.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call roster.
- Oversee staff, including GP Anaesthetists, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Anaesthesia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or substantially comparable assessment.
- Professional Development Leave 3.6 weeks p.a.
- Professional Development Allowance ($21,000 p.a.)
- Motor Vehicle Allowance
- Over-time and on-call allowances
- Attraction and Retention Incentive Allowance (Granted Private Practice arrangements)
- Inaccessibility allowance
