Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional support to our maintenance teams in ensuring smooth operations and optimal experiences across our properties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely communication and response to requests. They will also contribute to achieving strategic objectives for our assets, driving consistency and excellence throughout our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and contracts, ensuring seamless execution and cost recovery analysis.
  • Oversee asset maintenance, repairs, and service requests, aligning with service level agreements to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Review contractor invoices accurately, reconciling with contract Purchase Orders to maintain financial integrity.
  • Assist the Senior FM in managing contractors and service providers, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, minute-taking, and document filing.
  • Support the vendor onboarding process, including setup, induction, and training.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for Maintenance Managers and Senior Facilities Manager, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all systems, leveraging insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain consistent documentation and filing practices, promoting transparency and accountability throughout the portfolio.
  • Provide systems training to on-site Maintenance Managers and the Senior Facilities Manager, facilitating seamless information flow and collaboration.
