Workplace Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workplace Trainer to join our Clinical Education team at Warrigal, a 24/7 Aged Care Service Provider. As a Workplace Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality training and development programs for our staff.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position located in Queanbeyan and the ACT. The successful candidate will have a minimum Certificate III Individual Support (or equivalent) and a Certificate IV Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain. You will also have experience in training and development, coaching, and/or mentoring, as well as well-developed organisational and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality training and development programs for Warrigal staff
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Education Team Leader to ensure staff are skilled, competent, and supported
  • Conduct and present training sessions to a culturally diverse and multi-disciplined workforce
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our staff and residents
