Job Title: Workplace Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Trainer to join our Clinical Education team at Warrigal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality training programs to our staff.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain. You will have experience in training and development, coaching, and/or mentoring, as well as well-developed organisational and planning skills.

You will be responsible for conducting and presenting engaging training sessions to a culturally diverse and multi-disciplined workforce. You will also have a demonstrated understanding of competency-based assessments related to care and a current NSW or ACT driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training programs to Warrigal staff
  • Conduct and present engaging training sessions
  • Develop and implement training plans
  • Assess staff competency
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff
