Job Opportunity: We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Travelex. As the face of our company, you will promote our travel money products, provide exceptional customer service, and own the store like it's your own.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
  • Maximize sales and promote our Travelex product range to all customers
  • Embrace the digital mindset through social media and online reviews
  • Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Passion for travel and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
  • Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable
  • Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
