This is an administrative role that involves receiving, distributing, and monitoring incoming requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, CEO, and Councillor requests.
  • Ensure that departments are actioning requests in a timely manner, such as responding to requests related to tree maintenance.
  • Support efficient and effective record management for the division.

Key Criteria:

  • Relevant experience in an operations-based administrative role.
  • Ability to work within clearly defined guidelines and deadlines.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Local council experience is preferred.
