Salary and Benefits

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for representing the company for the sale of equipment to customers within a geographic area. This will involve maintaining current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership, implementing and maintaining regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility, and monitoring trends in customer business and competitors' activity/products.


Key Responsibilities


  • Represent the company for the sale of equipment to customers within a geographic area
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
  • Implement and maintain regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility
  • Monitor trends in customer business and competitors' activity/products
  • Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
  • Achieve sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of customers events
  • Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
  • Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
  • Timely communication of trends, activity, sales reports etc to Management
  • Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes

Requirements


  • The ability to grow sales within a specified sale territory
  • Organization skills are a must have
  • The capability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
  • A strong communicator with the skill to effectively influence others
  • Ability to build and maintain long term relationships
  • Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset
