As a Sales and Estimation Specialist you will be playing a big role in driving Sales Growth while building and Nurturing customer relationships.

**About the Role**
- Build and maintain strong and sustainable customer relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance across the client network.
- Conducting timely follow up with clients.
- Engage with Clients and understand their specific needs and offer personalised solutions.
- Liase with Project Managers to ensure to ensure easy transitions from sales to project execution.
- Update and maintain the customer relations management management (CRM) system.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

**About you**
- Experience in sales with a record or successful sales growth
- Background in Landscaping, Civil Construction or Horticulture is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and foster long term relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Reliable and Punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
