The Role: Event Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead food and beverage operations for large-scale events at our world-class venue.

Our venue hosts 150 national and international events annually, including music festivals, sporting events, exhibitions, trade shows, and the Sydney Royal Easter Show. As an Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing food and beverage requirements and resources for diverse events.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in event management, food and beverage operations, and customer service, as well as excellent leadership and logistical skills.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing events of various sizes and complexity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results

About You:

We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to dynamic events, has stamina to navigate large sites, and possess intermediate event management system skills, current RSA certificate, and current NSW drivers license.
