About the Role

The Rural Valuations Manager sits within the Collateral Risk Team which monitors and manages collateral risk. The primary function is determining the market value of assets held as mortgage over loans. The manager provides regular, independent assessments of collateral value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing quality, accurate and timely market appraisals.
  • Conducting property inspections or generating virtual reports.
  • Establishing strong stakeholder relationships to inform on portfolio information and climate impacts.

Essential Requirements:

  • A degree in Property, Agriculture or Finance or related field.
  • Experience in rural asset valuation or agribusiness management.
  • Sound knowledge of the rural environment in Australia.
