Plant and Equipment Valuer Role

This esteemed position is integral to our valuations team, requiring national valuations for diverse purposes. This role offers autonomy in client management, inspections, calculations, and reporting, with opportunities to attract new clients.

  • Undertake valuations of diverse assets for different purposes
  • Manage multiple large projects efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Travel intrastate, nationally, and internationally for client commitments
  • Maintain key client relationships
  • Provide expert advice on valuation approaches and methodologies
  • Exercise excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Develop strategies to grow client relationships and expand the portfolio
  • Collaborate within a fast-paced team environment
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • AAPI, ASA, or RICS qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in plant and equipment valuations
  • Experience across multiple industries such as manufacturing, power, oil & gas, food processing
  • Experience with insurance or financial reporting valuations advantageous
  • Growth mindset and proficient Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Logical, analytical, and methodical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Availability to travel nationally
