About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within APAC, managing a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close, and running tight sales processes to close mid-market deals. You will gain an understanding of prospective customers' pain points and educate them on Culture Amp's value and key differentiators. You will also confidently run product demos and work closely with the team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within APAC
- Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Run tight sales processes to close mid-market deals
- Gain an understanding of prospective customers' pain points and educate them on Culture Amp's value and key differentiators
- Confidently run product demos and work closely with the team to achieve sales goals

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years' of experience in a mid-market sales closing role, proficiency in SFDC, and experience forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities. Bonus points if you have hands-on experience selling performance software or HRIS tools to various organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Formal sales training is also a plus.
