Your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new strategic enterprise logos in Australia and APAC, as well as secure retention of existing accounts. You will develop a robust prospecting and expansion strategy, collaborating with marketing and business development teams to leverage social media, events, cold calling, and emails.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of reaching $1M+ annual quota, closing high-value deals into multinational enterprise clients, and possessing industry knowledge around CX, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will be located in Australia, native or fluent in English, and have experience selling in the region, particularly in sectors such as Banking/Insurance, Tech/B2B Software, Telco/Media, Retail/Ecommerce, Hospitality/Travel.
