Sales and Recruitment Manager

Seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional to drive student recruitment and promote our educational services. We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work under high pressure.
We offer a range of English courses and VET courses that have been carefully designed to benefit students seeking a quality academic experience. Our modern facilities meet the expectations of contemporary international students.
As a key contact point with agents and potential students, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, and attending marketing events to promote our college. You will also assist in planning, developing, and executing onshore and offshore missions (trips) to promote and drive sales.
The ideal candidate will possess a Business/Marketing qualification and previous sales/marketing experience in the education sector. A minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment is required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strategic thinking and planning skills, be ambitious, passionate, highly committed & self-motivated, and confident, resilient, and persevering.
Salary: up to $120,000 can be offered based on the candidate's past experience and meeting sales targets
