Job Title: Technical Solutions Designer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Designer to drive end-to-end solution development for complex RFPs, with a focus on user services and enterprise platforms.

This role involves engaging with clients to understand business needs, designing tailored solutions, collaborating across functions, and producing high-impact proposal content.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs across user services (Service Desk, EUC, ITSM, Modern Workplace).
  • Analyze client requirements and design value-driven solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, pricing, and technology teams to ensure solution feasibility and competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into solution designs.
  • Develop comprehensive solution documents and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Design ServiceNow RFP solutioning, including architecture design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Create compelling proposal content highlighting technical and business value.
Required Skills and Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services; 5+ years in solution architecture or pre-sales roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex RFP responses and enterprise-scale solutioning.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes, user services, and modern workplace technologies.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and proposal tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
