Construction Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of technically complex construction projects with offshore deployment.

About the Job

This is a career-defining opportunity to take charge of major construction projects, coordinating modular builds, services integration, and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and mobilizing project strategies, managing day-to-day project delivery, subcontractor coordination, procurement sequencing, and site activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement delivery strategies, construction programs, and site readiness to meet key project milestones.
  • Manage project delivery, subcontractor coordination, procurement sequencing, and site activity on a daily basis.
  • Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety, quality, and legal compliance at all times.
  • Track and manage project scope, budgets, variations, and contract performance.
  • Engage effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure project performance remains on track.
  • Resolve defects, document final approvals, and capture lessons learned for future projects.
