Senior Land Management Professional

This is a dynamic and challenging role requiring a tenure management specialist with experience in mining, land access, and tenure advice.
The successful candidate will provide key inputs and tenure advice into the development of large, strategic or complex projects in Western Australia.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, delivering specialist tenure advice, advising on land access and tenure requirements, securing tenure and land access approvals, and coordinating team activities.
Job Requirements
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under relevant legislation.
- Deliver specialist tenure advice and contribute strategic insights to support project planning and execution.
- Advise on land access and tenure requirements during project development phases.
- Secure tenure and land access approvals for complex projects.
- Contribute to coordinating team activities and supporting outcome delivery through effective collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should have demonstrated knowledge and experience in tenure and land management, high-level skills in stakeholder engagement and verbal and written communication, attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, evidence of managing accurate records and documentation, and adaptability in a dynamic working environment.
