We are seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team and work alongside current longstanding agronomists.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll provide knowledgeable on-farm recommendations across fertiliser, broadacre, and pasture cropping with the opportunity to have some customer introductions while developing your own relationships.

You’ll be working closely with existing and new clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive productivity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored advice aligned with clients' production goals.
  • Conduct on-farm assessments and provide recommendations for fertiliser, pasture, and broadacre cropping.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Stay current with trends, technologies, and product developments.
  • Help to build and lead the agronomic business and be an integral member of the team

About You:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agronomy preferably in pasture and/or broadacre.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with on-farm recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An interest or experience in mentoring a junior professional would be highly desirable.
