Our technology provides farmers with deep insights into pollination, enabling more informed land and resource management decisions.About the role:We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team as the first employee in the Bundaberg, QLD area of Australia.This role is crucial for BeeHero's expansion into new crop markets, focusing on macadamia and avocado growers.You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, introduce growers to BeeHero's innovative pollination services, and manage onboarding, logistics, renewals, and account growth.Join an inclusive, creative, fun-loving, and ambitious community, immersed in the fascinating world of honeybees.The role is based in Bundaberg, QLD, with approximately 20% travel required.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Onboard new customers and manage account renewalsMonitor and improve customer satisfaction metricsIdentify opportunities for account expansionConduct regular business reviews with key stakeholdersSecure renewals and grow existing accountsGather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teamsCreate customer success stories and case studiesRepresent the voice of the customer internallySupport sales activities as neededDevelop and review policies, programs, and procedures related to customer relations and service deliveryRequirementsHold at least a Bachelor's degreeProven experience (5+ years) in Customer Success within the AgTech industryStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExcellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach and ability to build rapport and trustProblem-solving and decision-making abilities, effectively handling customer issues and escalationsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment
