About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for guiding squads through the delivery of high-impact projects within our Agile framework. Your primary focus will be on driving the successful execution of deliveries, managing quarterly goals, and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead squads in achieving deliveries within quality, schedule, budget, and scope constraints
  • Oversee quarterly planning activities, manage resources, and ensure alignment with business milestones
  • Foster a high-performance team culture through goal setting, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and address any impediments
  • Coordinate with other Delivery Directors to manage dependencies and optimize resource allocation
  • Track metrics, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and manage cross-squad dependencies and risks
  • Provide progress reports, manage client billing timesheets, and support financial forecasting and client approvals
  • Offer insights into timelines, efforts, and risks for strategic roadmaps

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Director or similar role in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Jira
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with governance, reporting, and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Bonus points for experience in software consulting and/or client product deliveries
