We are seeking a caring individual to provide assistance and support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Certificate 3 in Individual Support or higher qualification is highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include providing transportation assistance, overnight/sleepover care, and assisting with medication administration in accordance with Point Care policies.
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Keep accurate records of clients' care plans and progress.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that values professionalism, compassion, and dedication. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license is also an asset.
