About the Role

The Mission Immersion Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting the Deputy Principal - Faith and Mission in driving the College's faith, mission, ministry, and social justice initiatives.

This position requires a collaborative and strategic thinker who can contribute to the development and implementation of programs that foster a strong sense of community and social responsibility among students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading the College's faith and mission initiatives, ensuring alignment with Catholic Education values and principles.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement programs that promote spiritual growth, social justice, and community engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents on matters related to faith, mission, and social responsibility.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A strong understanding of Catholic Education values and principles is essential, as is the ability to think strategically and collaboratively.

The salary range for this position is $78,801 – $116,894, with additional allowances for positions of leadership.
