Join a dynamic team as we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our medical/healthcare fitout project in Sydney's CBD.

We thrive on providing meticulous service and are looking for someone who shares this vision.

The project involves a commercial fitout with a value of $9M, offering an immediate start.

  • Key responsibilities include programming and coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries
  • Liaison with the client to ensure successful delivery of the project to schedule
  • Management of the construction program, reporting directly to the Project Manager
  • Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
  • Ensuring OHS compliance on site, including site inductions

You will possess:

  • Experience in commercial or retail refurbishments
  • Sound knowledge of the construction market, including sub-contractors
  • Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
  • Highly skilled in OH&S
  • A client-focused approach
  • A trade background is preferable
