JLW Interiors is on the hunt for a talented, hands-on Tradesman to take charge on-site and deliver top-tier commercial fitouts across NSW.

Full-time, permanent role (no subcontractors)

Rostered Days Off (RDOs) included

Your Role Will Include:

  • Hands-on carpentry on commercial interior projects across NSW, ACT, QLD
  • Reading and working from detailed plans and construction drawings
  • Leading and coordinating with team members and subcontractors
  • Solving challenges on the go and making decisions on-site
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive site

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven carpentry experience (commercial fitout experience ideal)
  • Ability to lead a team or work independently when needed
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your workmanship
  • Experience installing doors, door frames, and working with aluminium
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Your own tools
