About the Governance Role

The Governance Committee plays a pivotal part in our organization's governance framework.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of designated committees and ad-hoc working groups. You will provide strategic guidance to the Chair on meeting protocols, Terms of Reference and relevant policies.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide expert advice to the Chair on committee functions, Terms of Reference and pertinent procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking workplan to ensure timely inclusion of key matters on meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes and action items.
  • Liaise with staff across the organization to ensure follow-up and implementation of committee decisions.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation and reports to support informed decision-making.
