**Job Opportunity in Digital Marketing Strategy**

We are seeking a senior leader to provide strategic direction across our digital marketing ecosystem, delivering data-driven insights and ensuring the upkeep of customer digital standards.

This role involves empowering the organisation and your marketing colleagues to achieve their business plan objectives within the aged care, retirement living, and community services sectors. As a thought leader in digital marketing, you will remain abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and innovations to guide our digital marketing transformation.

  1. About the Role:
  2. Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Communications, you will lead cross-functional teams, mentor employees, and foster a collaborative work culture.
  3. You will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, managing digital tools, and driving data analysis and insights interpretation.
  4. Familiarity with a broad spectrum of digital domains, including CRM, web development, UX/UI, SEO, and digital advertising is essential.
  5. A current driver's licence and commitment to occasional travel are also required.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years in digital marketing, CRM, web management or related fields.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in leadership positions, demonstrating strategic oversight.
