Key Role in Hotel Technology

The Solution Architect is a vital contributor to the Group's Architecture Practice, collaborating closely with peer groups, practice leads, delivery & engineering teams, enterprise architects, and programme/project leaders.

Supporting hotels in delivering modernised, connected digital and venue experiences for guests and staff, the Solution Architect develops guidelines, best practices, roadmaps, solution architecture designs and performs technical evaluations that enable technology investment decisions.

Enabling EGL engineering teams to implement innovative, secure and scalable solutions, the role covers the scoping of current and future applications, and optimisations of process & data flow between core Venue systems: gaming, point-of-sale, accommodation, loyalty, and ERP.

As EGL undergoes a transformation journey, this role will ensure alignment to interim and target states across Enterprise Architecture for Team Technology, ALH Technology, and the wider Enterprise.
