Strong attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to analyze use cases with business owners to choose appropriate contract forms.
This role requires effective communication skills to work closely with key partners across the organization and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and draft a range of inbound supplier contracts with emphasis on SaaS, IT, and professional services.
- Work closely with the legal team to address contract issues.
- Collaborate with procurement sourcing personnel to facilitate supplier negotiations including negotiation strategy development pricing, SLAs and other contract terms and conditions.
- Analyze requirements with business owners to determine suitable contract forms.
- Develop pragmatic guidance for business stakeholders on contract-related matters.
- Contribute to process improvement projects related to contract documentation and reporting.
