Project Coordinator opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor seeking new work opportunities with access to a diverse range of landmark projects across WA.

About the Role: A fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established firm working on major landmark projects across Western Australia. You will have a close working relationship with company Directors and Associates within the business while on a tailored progression route that will see you through to an Associate level position in time. This role will also see you working on projects a variety of different sectors giving you a diverse project portfolio.

About You:

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying is required
  • Experience in CostX or Buildsoft is required for this position
  • Relevant local experience is required for this position
  • Demonstrated experience in Cost Planning and Estimating
  • PQS experience or consultancy background is preferred but not essential
  • Strong cost management and reporting skills
  • Experience in negotiation, contract management and strong communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
