Take on a hands-on role with full visibility across the operation, where you can drive efficiency and uptime of Goods-To-Person automation platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

Some of the key tasks in this position include:

  • Orienting yourself to maximise output and ensure consistent lead times at lowest cost
  • Supporting preventative maintenance activities and weekday servicing
  • Collaborating with Engineering and DC Operations to align labour and automation strategies
  • Analysing system and operational data to enhance efficiency and productivity
About This Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has natural leadership qualities, demonstrated by leading a team even outside the workplace. You should be proactive, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, and possess skills in Excel, data analysis, and clear communication.
