As a Food & Beverage Team Leader at Marriott, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of exceptional guest service in all food and beverage outlets. Your primary focus will be to assist the Food & Beverage manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work of Food and Beverage Attendants to ensure efficiency, quality, and standards are maintained.
  • Have a thorough understanding of outlet operations and roles to make informed decisions.
  • Supervise opening and closing procedures, including Point of Sale and reservation system operations.
  • Maintain reservation guidelines to optimize restaurant seating during busy services.
  • Ensure cleanliness of bar, tables, chairs, floor, and general equipment.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Be attentive to checking quality of food and beverage service and ensure associates adhere to the sequence of service.
