About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Attendant to join our team. Reporting to the manager on shift, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and memorable service to our guests. You will work in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceed expectations.

  • Meet and greet with a welcoming smile, building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business.
  • Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn and grow in your role.
Your Key Priorities

The primary focus of this role is to provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guests. This includes:

  • Clearing and resetting tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of cash and credit card transactions.
  • Using in-house systems to place orders.
  • Maintaining standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
  • Effectively communicating with all patrons and staff.
The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full availability over a seven-day week.
  • A genuine desire to help people have a great experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certification.
  • Manual handling abilities and a love of being on your feet.
