Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role:

This role is designed to support ongoing DC operations through proactive and effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive site safety values and ways of working, embedding them through systems
  • Lead maintenance of Distribution Centre product range through effective systems integrity and inventory management
  • Facilitate implementation of changes in systems and processes, ensuring consistent practices
  • Provide leadership to team, appropriate coaching and mentoring, supporting Delivery to stores in full, on time and error free
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in inventory, systems and people leadership
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially running reports and database queries using Access and Excel)
  • Able to solve complex problems and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Collaboration and driving accountability in others to deliver timely and commercially sound results
