Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring full goods inventory, maintaining stock integrity and minimizing discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP EWM and SAP ECC, preferred but not essential. They will also possess strong Microsoft and Excel skills, as well as the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

You will work closely with Distribution Centre teams to ensure inventory strategies are executed effectively. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to investigate and mitigate inventory issues, including potential out-of-stock events and durability concerns.

In addition, you will process regional and metro product returns, coordinating with carriers, transport teams, and DC staff to ensure smooth handling and resolution. You will also manage NCRs and Quality Control Issues for damaged or non-compliant stock, following through with internal teams to close them out.

Your responsibilities will also include overseeing destruction loads and maintaining compliance with destruction protocols. You will generate and compile regular reporting to support inventory accuracy, capacity planning, and national logistics alignment.

Requirements
  • Experience with SAP EWM and SAP ECC, preferred but not essential.

  • Experience with SOX process is an advantage.
