Job Title: Senior Painter and DecoratorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painter and decorator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position based in Brisbane, with occasional travel required to other locations.In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality painting and decorating work on a variety of projects. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform painting and decorating work to a high standard
  • Assist in the preparation of surfaces for painting and decorating
  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work at heights and from ladders safely
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction painting
  • Certificate III qualification in painting and decorating or higher
  • Strong knowledge of products and materials
  • Strong technical knowledge in residential construction
  • Ability to work at heights and from ladders
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads
