About the role

We are seeking an experienced Painter and/or Leading hand to join our team at Entire Group Australia's Brisbane office. This full-time position will involve providing high-quality painting services and leading a team of painters to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. The role is based in our Brisbane office, located in the CBD. For the right candidate, a vehicle with fuel card will be provided.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a range of painting tasks including surface preparation, applying paint, and finishing work
  • Overseeing a team of painters and coordinating their work to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior painters to develop their skills
  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with the finished work
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
  • Providing input into job planning and cost estimation

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience as a Painter, with a minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A keen eye for colour and design
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in painting and decorating
